"Hosts Jan and Peter were fab and made you feel at home straight away. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean with kettle, tea and coffee. The fridge was replenished every day with water, milk fruit juice and other breakfast items. Beechwood house is ideally positioned for bus and train into St Ives with some local restaurants locally. We will be definitely returning in the future."

"The rooms were very clean and cosy ,lovely big bathroom and good sea views. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely cooked to order breakfast was served each morning . "Nicely located a short walk from both beaches and the town centre. It is very clean and tidy. The room we stayed in was lovely. Mary who ran it was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The parking spot is invaluable in St Ives as there is literally nowhere to park without paying a fortune (if you can find a car park with a free space that is). The town has very narrow single lane roads so the last thing you want to be doing is driving round looking for somewhere to park. Very pleased...
