"Very nice hotel in an excellent location."

"The Ruby Lucy hotel is decent for the price but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The rooms are VERY small. There isn't a proper enclosed washroom; the sink is outside the toilet in the room itself. The location is fantastic - just 10 minute walk from The London Eye and all the major tourist attractions. There are also great food options nearby. The location is really what you are paying for The staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend if you are a tourist and are looking essentially for a place to sleep, but I really would classify this as more of a 3 star hotel."

"Stayed here during the recent heatwave in London. Overall the experience was decent and the location is excellent for exploring the city, especially around South Bank and Westminster. We did have to switch rooms because the AC in the original room wasn’t working properly. The staff were helpful with moving us, but even after switching, the cooling systems seemed to struggle with the unusually hot weather. Just something to keep in mind if visiting during peak summer or during a heatwave. Other than that, the amenities were decent, rooms were ok, and the hotel location was why I selected this."

"What an absolute terrible decision to stay at the Premier Inn Waterloo. Poorly managed, dirty, dusty and worst of all no cold water. We couldn’t shower because of how hot the water was, when you flush the toilet, all water in the bathroom comes to a stop for 20-30 minutes. We spoke to staff there several times within our two nights there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Lots of homeless people as well, which is unfortunate."
