"We had a lovely stay at Beachcomber Toukley. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the pool and the lake, which made our stay even more relaxing. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the small sofa in the room had quite a few stains on it, which made it look worn and could do with a thorough clean or replacement. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Thank you for a great experience!"

"The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check.
