I stayed at this location for a work trip. It was conveniently off the freeway and very clean and comfortable. I arrived late (midnight) and William at the front desk was so courteous, he definitely made my day great after a long evening of travel.

The young lady who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. I asked for a vacuum or broom to clean my bathroom floor and she was kind enough to accommodate, although she tried many times to change me to a clean room. The girl at the desk in the morning was curt and not friendly at all.

The good aspects of this stay is that it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. It is also conveniently located off the highway and next to a grocery store. That was greatly appreciated! However, take note that all rooms do not have the small balconies. I was a little disappointed that we didn't have one (I like having outside access/air). The rooms we were in could use some updates. We had a few minor issues (we couldn't get the plug-in to work in our bathroom and the water was not as hot as we normally like it). The hot tub was also not very hot (about the same temperature as the pool) but maybe not necessary when staying in June! Overall it was a clean and convenient stay.

The staff were all very friendly. We were just surprised to see that the pool was not clean, carpet was not clean with lots of staining, the shower wasn’t very clean, gross things left behind from previous guests and overall rundown looking in many areas of the room. We called for extra towels and pillows for the pull out couch and we had to go pick them up instead of them being delivered to our room. There was also guests smoking pot out by the pool! I travel a lot and was just surprised at the lack of cleanliness and staff. For the price of the room, I wasn’t expecting the best but I certainly was expecting cleanliness!

Caden, the front desk clerk, was incredibly gracious, as were the staff at the café—both provided excellent service. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. We had reserved a king suite with a pull-out couch intended to sleep two, but the pull-out was more like an extended twin. The couch was visibly dirty, and when we opened it, the mattress was lumpy and the frame couldn’t support any weight. We ended up folding it back in and covering it with sheets because we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on it. The carpet had a musty odor, and we didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. I reported the issues to Caden, who kindly offered to move us to another room. However, the second room was just as subpar. I would not recommend a stay here, unless there was a remodel project.

Let me start by saying the staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. However, the hotel itself left much to be desired. The hallway carpet was dirty and your feet stuck to it when walking. While the room was very clean, it smelled very musty and everything felt damp. By the end of my week stay all my paperwork and clothes were damp and musty smelling as well. The hot tub was closed by the health department the first day of my stay and the pool was cloudy and dirty. The restaurant is just a frozen fast food place, and there is no one available to take your order. There is a bell to ring for service, but it doesn't work and you have to go to the front desk of the hotel for them to find someone to help you. This was just not the Marriott experience I am used to. I travel often, at least 6 times a year for a week each time and have stayed at many Marriott hotels, this one unfortunately did not live up to the Marriott name,
