"Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and very helpful. My room had an ocean view and great view of the pool and hot tub. When housekeeping came, she only cleaned the bathroom and replaced the towels. There was a spill in room and I asked the front desk to let housekeeping know so that the bedsheets could be changed and the trash taken out but they never showed up. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"The staff were all great, but the property layout doesn’t handle the traffic flow for afternoon check-in well. Cars coming into the drive block the valet entrance and exit to the parking garage and backed up into traffic. You have to go to the second floor to check in and there are only two elevators serving in the valet lobby for the whole hotel. We waited in line about ten minutes to take the elevator up to the second floor. Check in was a breeze, but back to the slow elevators to get up to...

"Never got there due to death in the family. They advertise a cancelation policy BUT they don't do refunds I'm a very disappointed disabled veteran with 22 years of service. From this point I will not use the site, I will contact the hotel, no middle man"

"I would have given it 5 stars, but the balcony door in our room was very problematic for us. The Sandbar restaurant was fantastic. I plan to return just to eat there again."
