When we woke up at 5am to go see the sunrise at Atlantic Beach, which is near by, the room was crawling with cockroaches!!! They were on the wall, in the bath tub, on the table and the nightstands!!! We immediately began shaking out our luggage, packed all of our stuff and left!! Contacted Expedia and began a claim. I'm praying that we don't take any home with us."

Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late.
