"Room was clean. Remote control wouldn’t work so couldn’t watch tv."

"Checked in after hours and Greg was right on of it and got us setup without any hassles. It was perfect!"

"Room seemed fine when me and my family walked in. We later found 2 cockroaches and killed them but didn't think much of it. When we woke up at 5am to go see the sunrise at Atlantic Beach, which is near by, the room was crawling with cockroaches!!! They were on the wall, in the bath tub, on the table and the nightstands!!! We immediately began shaking out our luggage, packed all of our stuff and left!! Contacted Expedia and began a claim. I'm praying that we don't take any home with us."

"Although the location was excellent, I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms had visible mildew in the showers, which made the smell horrific anytime we needed to use the shower. It just made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the space."

Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. "Reasonably priced, but the air conditioning was loud woke us up in the night. Bathtub was slippery. Son slipped and fell down in the tub. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice."

"The hotel is literally steps away from the beach. My boyfriend and I had an awesome day at the beach. The hotel is in walking distance of a ton of different restaurants and bars. The water pressure in the faucets could have been better. The bedroom tv was not a smart tv and the living area sofa was somewhat small."

"Stayed here out of convenience due to its proximity to Mayo Clinic. The staff was great, the room was clean and ready upon arrival. This was my second time staying here, and I will be back when I have future visits at Mayo. Thanks!"
