"Nice quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle of main town and within 10 minute drive from the main town and souks. Dominique was extremely helpful and advised me not to book any trips because he knows reliable tour/taxi operators who are very reliable and offers excursions much cheaper than other main tour operators ( and that saved me quite a lot of money). I did not eat much at the hotel but my wife says that the Targine cooked by the hotel staff tasted better than the ones she bought...

"The garden was absolutely beautiful...lemon and orange trees heavily laden, beautiful shrubs and flowering plants, two little ponds with fish, frogs and even a terrapin, peacocks wandering around. "From start to finish our experience was a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On arrival we were allocated the rooms. However, we paid for an upgrade and staff did not know what that meant and specified all rooms were the same. We reverted back to our Expedia voucher to show what we had booked to be then informed the rooms were not available. We had to show the images on the website to show what we had booked. after some time we were then provided with the upgraded rooms we had paid for. Only one room was ready...

"If i could give 6 stars for the staff i would. Morocco is fast becoming the number 1 tourist destination with investment in luxury hotels marrakech is no exception...This hotel is a little out of town but has an excellent local bus service or taxis. The park and hotel are clean and safe. A special mention should go the the grounds team who design an keep the fardens. If like me an elderly traveller you need space away from the family area. This is catered for with a fantastic adults only pool and separate dinning room. . Love this hotel. "
