"We stayed for four nights. The staff was the best part — everyone was friendly and willing to help, and breakfast was great. The issue came on one of the nights when we couldn’t get a family room and had to take two separate rooms. In one of them, there was a leak from the ceiling, with water dripping all the way down into the room. You could hear it all night: not cool! When staff came to check, they acted surprised, but the stain on the ceiling made it obvious this had been going on for a while. That was clearly not true, and I didn’t appreciate the BS. Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable"

"Nackdelen var den bedrövliga frukosten. Det löstes dock enkelt genom att köpa det vi behövde på Carrefour och äta på terrassen i vår fina villa. Allt annat var toppen. Rent och fräscht. Personalen är oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam. Poolområdet är fräscht och ca 1/4 av poolen är dessutom uppvärmd, vilket gör att man kan få omväxling i temp när man badar. "
