"The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

"We really like this resort so we returned for a second stay. You can walk directly onto the beach from the property and there is a large pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The pool is heated. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. "No cleaning service which isn’t bad unless you want them bugging you. Order your own bathroom supplies and they bring it right to you. Stop and get some food cause it’s a full kitchen. They didn’t give good directions to the second underground parking. Fun place staff was great"

"Beautiful place! Beautiful view (ocean side). Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. Grounds are lovely and the pool is clean. Island Vibes Cafe next door is a treasure. Enjoy your visit!"
