"Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. "Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location a short walk away from the centre of Merano town (or a short bus ride) up a hill looking over the mountains. The view is beautiful, and you can sit in the gardens on sunny days and admire the beautiful hotel, mountains, and gardens. The team at the hotel were all exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and lovely facilities like two pools and a sauna/steam room. The team went above to make us feel very welcome. Thank you!"
