"Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Die Dame im Frühstücksbereich war umsichtig, freundlich und einfach nur toll. Auch die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war eher zu warm zudem gab es gegen Nachmittag entweder sehr aktive Stechmücken oder beißende Ameisen. Gut, das kann das Hotel nichts dafür, für mich war der Pool dadurch leider eher tabu. Personal an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. "

"Das Hotel ist eine richtige Wohfühloase. Bei Ankunft erhält man eine kleine aber sehr ansprechende Broschüre mit den wichtigsten Informationen sowie Restaurant Empfehlungen in Lana und Umgebung. Wir konnten uns über ein Upgrade in die Junior Suite freuen. Die Ausstattung im Hotel allgemein aber auch in den Zimmern sehr modern und gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismässig gross. "Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. Laktose) wird stets Rücksicht genommen. Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig, lecker und abwechslungsreich! SPA Bereich top mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. "
