"Explorean Cozumel has been our hotel for the last several years. Several kilometers south of town, it is much closer to dive sites than many other hotels. Good choice of restaurants. Welcoming and helpful staff. And they have done a lot of important maintenance work since the last time we came in 2023, when the place was hurting badly from weathering Covid."

"Staff were very attentive and grounds well kept. However, the pictures on internet were not up to date as the beach had eroded. Therefore, the pictures looked better than the beach actually was in reality. However, overall the stay was good and I would go back if prices were right. "

"We stayed at Secrets for 7 days on our honeymoon and loved it. We were in a "preferred room" which I would recommend because we had access to all the other pools/restaurants which we really liked. "The Villa Blanca Gardens is my three-star go to in Cozumel, and I have been there many times. It is away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowding of downtown when cruise ships come in and is generally unaffected by boat tourism.
