"This hotel was absolutely perfect. Our room was spacious and plenty of space and beds for 4 adults and a baby. Great location to see the glass mosaics and Dante’s burial place. The breakfast is handmade pasties! By a real pastry chef just down the street at Casa di Paoia. Sister property. Also b&b. Coffee and tea were right outside our room. The artwork on the walls was an extra treat. If you don’t stay here, you are missing out."

"The hotel is ok but nothing fancy or modern. The entire building needs attention, walls are dirty with scratches or partially painted. The shower has multiple sports with mold around the silicone or tile joints. TVs are very small. Breakfast was ok but not the best pastry. Parking is available at not cost If going to the cruise terminal there is a shuttle service for $15 euros per person."

Towels were put down behind the toilet. The first night was quiet but the 2nd being a Friday was very noisy with motorcycles going to a clubhouse a couple blocks away. But the staff is incredibly warm and helpful."
