"The hotel was very clean and right in the center of Ravenna. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Great breakfast and staff were extremely helpful. My only issue was there was no air conditioning - I was told it was turned off for the season the night before we arrived. It wasn’t that hot so it was Ok."

But what was very impressive was during a very busy morning breakfast (which was fantastic ) the manager took the time to help us procure a ride to the airport that potentially could have been a problem getting to our flight.
