The accommodation standards are very good and the staff helpful. There is a restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals. The breakfast selection is very good, the evening meals are OK. "We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend."

"Beautiful old building. Nice welcome. Friendly employees. Clean, comfortable rooms. There is an elevator to the second floor but then stairs to the third floor. There is a bar and restaurant on sight which opens at 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM respectively. Did not eat dinner but the drinks were excellent. Seating on the street in the evening is very charming. Other shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is included and is very nice. If cruising, book transportation to port early. Beautiful little city. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is very charming and each area was so thoughtful and welcoming. The breakfast was such a delightful surprise!! Plus recommendations for food were spot on! Anna was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle to the cruise terminal. Will definitely recommend to others and would love to return some day. "

"This was perfect for us two couples to stay before we left on our cruise. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME. She could speak English and it was central to everything. I would definitely stay here again. Be aware that the building is very old with a very small elevator. We had to do one person and large luggage at a time. HA But it added to the charm. "

"Our family of 5 stayed here the night before our cruise out of Ravenna. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Ravenna. The town is beautiful and the accommodation here was perfect for our stay. The host is very welcoming the facility is warm and cozy and adorned with beautiful art work. The breakfast before boarding our cruise was delicious and we had a chance to visit with our host. Check in and communication was easy and well communicated."
