The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there "

There was no electricity; despite being solar-powered, we ran out of power entirely. Then we lost access to water. This is unacceptable, especially during the rainy season in the Philippines. "We loved our stay at Lawka! The location in Lio was great and being in the Kayle Artisano complex gave us access to some fun shops and restaurants. The room was very accommodating and modern. The staff was helpful and having a scooter included with the room is a huge plus. Also a huge shoutout to the Lawka coffee shop. Some of the best coffee we had during our trip and it was super practical to be able to grab a quick bite while checking out. A free coffee per day was included for each guest and...
