"Must be going through remodel. Tried calling night before for early check in, employee stated that wouldn’t know until an hour prior to check in. Ended up getting there an hour after check in and still had to wait on a room, which ended up being switched to a different room located by pool where you heard everything from poolside and door didn’t close totally b it did lock. Ordered room service but had to call multiple times until they just told me what was available for order. But when I received food it was good, presentation was great. Would I stay there again, no. "

"While asking for a early check in of just 4 hours with rooms being available, the hotel tried to charge more than the expedia daily rate. Explained how we are checking out the next day 8 hours earlier than the check out time and they didnt seem to care at all."
