"This villa was very clean and comfortable. Cleaning service comes and clean the entire place daily from dishes, bed, pool cleaning, floors, outdoor area and even sorting out our personal items like folding clothes etc. There’s two specific females that usually work the afternoon and night shifts that we really enjoyed their company, they were lovely, helpful and always greet you with a smile on their face. I forgot their names but if anyone chooses to stay at this villa, you will be in good hands. The road to the villa is rough but the place is private and quiet and it has everything you need. Highly recommended. "

"Karuna has the most majestic views! It is perched on the side of the mountain. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They are very quick to assist with excursions and ride to town. They have an infinity pool that has a great view and a restaurant next to it. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Shower is outdoor overlooking the water. Inactive seniors, disabled and families with small children need caution because of uphill terrain and stairs. We didn’t have any issues as those situations didn’t apply to us. Special thank you to Ellen for all your help coordinating our rides and giving us information about the resort. The staff truly went above and beyond in their service, especially when they helped organise a custom dinner setting for a special occasion with my partner, making our experience incredibly memorable.
