"I booked the hotel because of the pool and the rate. and I could have chosen a different hotel in Austin 5 min away from downtown for the same price but chose this one because my son wanted to use the pool. I made sure to call and confirm the pool was open before booking. when we got there the pool was DIRTY lots of leaves, the floor had sediment the type that is slippery. DISGUSTING. I want a partial refund. we drove to the hotel to use the pool but the. because of this we had to change plans...

"I like how the front desk was trained on not saying my room number out loud. I like that they have a microwave in the unit and dishes to use and a dishwasher. It felt really clean and it was a great quality stay. I felt safe because of the two deadbolt locks inside my unit."
