"No entertainment on property, need more food options "

"No idea where to begin with this review! Everything and everyone made my stay here awe-inspiring! Food was beyond delicious, and the wait staff made the whole experience amazing. The views stunning, the room was perfect, the pool and swim up bar such a great amenity. I’d hands down come back to Costa Rica just to stay here again! Best recommendation from a friend. Thank you to everyone who made this an extraordinary trip."

"There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. We loved it. The staff, food, amenities, and location were outstanding. Staff made us feel at ease and comfortable as if we were guests in their own home. We had the opportunity to meet the owner of the hotel. Although he did not speak English and we do not speak close to any Spanish, he made us feel like he cherished our business and smiled continuously. Besides all of the aforementioned positive comments, the hotel was accessorized with beautiful artwork. One can visit the river below the hotel by following a well designed path which leads to an area where one can sit to enjoy nature. My husband are I were lucky to have found a gem without breaking the bank. We would definitely visit again. We wish this hotel great success as it is a new hotel."

"The property was just beautiful, so green and lush. Our room was very nice with a great patio facing Arenal Volcano. Fun swimming pool and beautiful thermal pools. Food was fantastic. Staff was awesome"

"Excellent breakfast with plenty of selection. Grounds were stunning and well kept. Great amount of pools to choose from with a variety of temperatures. Room was very large with a beautiful view of the volcano. A little dated but had everything you needed. Would stay again"

"Great location; very clean rooms and very well maintained and beautiful grounds; helpful staff; wonderful fresh breakfast choices and food quality; loved walking the on-site nature trail in the morning to spot the howler monkeys that announced the rising sun, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub at day’s end.
