Agustin helped us greatly when our shuttle out of Tamarindo canceled 5 hours before and managed to find an alternative for us! Overall, very easy to walk anywhere in town from Refugio. Expect some noise at night but they offer earplugs and truthfully it never was bad enough to need them"

The best is the personnel, in our case after the checkout we take a sunset catamaran tour and they let us to keep the car in their space and when come back they allow us to use the shower and give us towels and soap, that’s their level or service. "The place over whole is ok looking very clean, however the sheet were old and seems dirty there was hair from previous travellers we had to sleep on the towels , the place has lots of potential.
