About the separated beds, actually, let us underline what follows: in case the room is booked for two, Guests are kindly invited, at the moment the reservation is made (and not upon their arrival here), to request the beds to be separated, that's it, and beds will be prepared separated for them. About the comment, please let us underline that we do care a lot about the rooms maintainance, and indeed we have checked it all when we read your comment: AIRCON is just fine, works properly, and we can not explain what was wrong during your stay (might have been a remote setting problem). Same for the coffee machine and Tv, actually. Not sure what happened but please note we are always available and can be reached via whatsapp ouyt of office time, we're always around here. Hope this can be helpful to anyone else, cheers.
