"Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. Um die Rechnung zu zahlen, mussten wir das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Für uns ein wenig ungewohnt! Sehr teuer für das gebotene!"

"A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!"

"Lisa and Simone were excellent hosts, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They even helped us with our luggage from the car to the room.The apartment was perfect for us. Just about 10 minutes walk to the the train station to go to Cinque Terre. AC temperature was great, we like it cold at 19 degrees Celsius. Just down the apartment there's a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Five star all around!"

"The place lives up to its name of “luxurious room”. The room is recently renovated and is modern, clean and well provisioned, even with slippers. It is located near the cruise ship pier and has restaurants nearby. The host is extremely gracious and hospitable. He not only waited to welcome us well into the night but also drove us to the Castle when we could not find a taxi to go there. The interaction with him left us a wonderful memory for La Spezia."

"The picture of “King” property is misleading as it depicts a grandiose view of several buildings on the park however, the entrance to this property was around the corner on a dismal street. The elevator was a total joke—-it didn’t stop on the 2nd or 3rd floor—-we had to schlep our luggage up one flight or down two! Since I have a bad knee the lack of an elevator to our floor was not revealed on their website at the time of our reservation. The interior space was clean, beds were comfortable,...

"Upon arrival the lift wasn't working, so we had to climb up to the 4th floor with all our bags. It was repaired that day. Great location near shops, restaurants and trains/buses. Room was small with no kitchenette; only kettle, very small fridge and coffee pod machine. You have to use bathroom sink for water. Only provided coffee cups and teaspoons, so all meals have to be eaten out, which doesn't really suit us traveling with children. Block out shutters, curtains and comfy bed meant great...

"Good location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Pleasant stroll along the waterfront. When the weather is too cold or windy for the rooftop bar the internal bar (by the restaurant) is not very inspiring. Good selections at breakfast, frequently refreshed."

"The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel was hard to find. I did not like the fact that we had to pay for parking. This was not disclosed and should be disclosed to customers. The breakfast was very cheap: a croissant, very small focaccia with cheese, 1 small cup of coffee, 1 bottle of water and a slim small half glass of juice. No eggs, no variety of breakfast items to choose from. Left breakfast still hungry. Other than that, it was ok."
