"This place was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find Easter treats and pastries, plus coffee and other amenities. The bakery next door and free pastry was also delicious! We would definitely stay here again. "

"Convenient to both train station and ferry terminal. Clean. Quiet. Nice terrace. No kitchen. Low water pressure in the shower. Staff responded quickly when we were locked out due to the electronic lock running out of battery (suddenly, without warning). Luckily, we were not in a hurry at that moment."

The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the location, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around Cinque Terre incredibly easy. "The hotel is small and cozy. The room was very big, with plenty of space for two adults. It was clean and well-equipped, with a small fridge, a kettle, tea bags, a coffee table, and two chairs. Although it was cold outside, the room was perfectly warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide and varied selection, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The location is excellent very close to the train station, where you can easily catch trains to the Cinque Terre, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor, and within easy reach of many bars and restaurants for dinner. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Overall, the experience was very good."

"Jenny took great care of us. So welcoming after a long trip was very appreciated. Easy access from train station... beautiful walk. Every detail was taken care of... even real china tea cups. There was a small issue with the hot water, and she had it fixed within five minutes. Highly recommend. "
