"The guys behind the counter are very friendly and welcoming and the lobby is surprisingly upscale. The rooms are very basic and adequate, nothing special. Many don't have showers but they have several shared showers around the place. It's great they all have fridges, microwaves and TV's. One problem is the neighborhood, very run down, vandalized cars and sketchy groups of people around. The rooms could also be a lot cleaner, there were dead bugs and spider webs in the closets, black mold in the A/C and I did see one small roach in the bathroom sink but it's not that surprising considering the neighborhood. Overall good value for an inexpensive place to sleep, as long as you can overlook the neighborhood and cleanliness issues. "

"Definitely an older hotel, and it shows. Don’t trust the price that they have listed, because they’re gonna hit you for another $25 for self parking. The sad part is they have their own parking garage and there’s plenty of room, so there’s literally no need to charge for parking except for overcharging customers for your room.. The staff was nice. The place was clean, no complaints about the room, but I really don’t like the bait switch on the parking. The listing says self parking available, it doesn’t say self parking is $25. "
