Very comfortable stay

This hotel was so cute and so very comfortable. Free parking and the building secure at night if you want a late night snack, they have everything you can think of downstairs to buy. It’s like a little pantry. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms are very clean. We will stay here again thank you so much for a wonderful stay

The front desk service was trash. had to ask them over and over for supplies for my room. called down to the front desk got put on hold for 30 min. Not very friendly staff on there phones most of the time. I will never stay in a Hiltion or reccomand to anyone else. Trash company.

Almost perfect!

The hotel is pretty new so everything was clean and up-to-date when it comes bedding, TV, restroom, etc. The only problem I wanted to point out was that the inn did not offer ANY COMPLIMENTARY WATER BOTTLES. Usually, any hotel I stayed at around this price range offer 2 water bottles on the first night of the stay... so I thought that was kind of cheap of them not to.

Room was very nice and clean and well designed. Plenty of storage space and well organized. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice. Good water pressure. It’s not in our usual location, but will stay here again when we’re in Austin again. Staff was courteous. Check in was quick and simple.
