"Staff was extremely friendly and attentive which was nice. The variety of restaurants were perfect for our 5 nights there. We ended up missing trying two but most were good! The beach is by far the best part. This resort has no other resorts near, so it’s basically a private beach for just one resort. And the wait staff come check on you frequently, allowing you to just relax and enjoy!"

"Positives: -Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. -Pools and common areas were all very clean. -Most of the food was very good which is a great complement as Im picky with food coming from New York City area. -Atmosphere is very upscale -A lot of choices for things to do and restaurants to go too. Negatives that I personally found: -My main negative is how many people tried to sell us stuff!! Every day multiple times a day I had people asking if I want to do paid activities, paying for photos taken of us, people on the beach selling stuff, tables set up in the lobby area to buy stuff, and even wanting us to go to listen to a presentation for a free massage. This lowered my experience here a little bit. -Need more towels in pool areas. Found myself hunting down towels a lot -my room had 3 lights out in the room Overall I would recommend coming here as I went to the Hard Rock in Punta Cana which was more expensive and had just as great of an experience as there especially for a couple or an adult. The separate El Beso areas were great! "

"Not happy with our Shuttle service. Shuttle center. The day before we leave I made confirmation to pick us on Thursday at 12.30 pm. But the shuttle pick up came at 935 am. We were out of facility at that time. With no choice we have to reschedule the service for 12.30 pm with additional $29. I already paid for the to and fro transportation. The guy who came at 935 am to pick up without any advance notification was so rude. He said if you are not coming in 10 minutes I am leaving. So I paid extra $29 for shuttle even though I pre paid for all these. We are not young people to take this kind of extra stress. I am requesting for that $ 29 extra payment which I have to make forcefully. Otherwise my stay at Riu Repaplica was excellent , staffs were very friendly. Food was good.
