"We had a very lovely welcome from Anna and she told us where to eat etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay to explore the area as we were en-route down to the South but the scenary and area looked fantastic as we drove through. The Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. The breakfast was good too.... basic but good."

"Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel. Nice staff; good restaurant at night. Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains ."

"Despite turning up in biker gear I was welcomed warmly by the lady on reception. The breakfast options were explained and I went to the room. The room was clean and had a good array of bits and pieces, 2 small waters, dental care kit etc, a hairdryer with additional bits I don’t know the use for being A; male and B; bald. "The view from the breakfast room is fabulous, The hotel has direct access to the Guggenheim Museum. The breakfast menu was 1st rate. "

"Easy parking. Remember this is an efficiency so nothing but the essentials: clean sheets, towels, toilet and shower. I suggest asking for a room at the back as it can get noisy out front! The breakfast is great so take the breakfast. Finding a sitdown restaurant within walking which is open before 8pm is tough. Locals are quite reserved like Parissians!"

"We paid for three breakfast but we had to leave ealier than planned due to our flight been cancelled and reboked. Breakfast buffet was ready but staff did not allow us to eat on site or to take fruit and bread with us because breakfast was not yet officially open. We lost our three breakfast buffet even when the buffet was ready before we left to the airport."
