"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"This hotel hasn't got a reception desk. Check in is done at the sister hotel, Medium Romantic, which is nearby. The staff at the reception was very wellcoming and helpful. Breakfast, at an extra cost, is also served here. Very good, plenty of choices, great staff. Highly recommend the breskfast. Our room was clean and good size with a balcony to seat out. "Not a great hotel. Lacking care and attention Staff generally disinterested. The check in was good as the daytime receptionist is extremely helpful, which raised the star rating for staff Manager never there and seemed disinterested in customer experience. Poor value for money."
