Very Poor. Buyer beware.
No one was at reception desk at the time of check-in (1600-1800). No one picked up the phone listed at the notice board. We only managed to check in after 1.5hrs in the cold Tokyo evening after getting the locals to try to contact the hotel. Room condition was bad. There was left over food in the fridge and the bedsheets looked soiled. Hotel does not respond to emails or phone.

Great hotel. Great value
Accomodation was excellent. Great facilities having your own washing machine , fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and hob. Check in time is a bit tight (4pm-6pm), but we got there around 2pm and they let us have the room. If you do arrive late there are lockers outside the hotel with room numbers on. You should have received an email before hand with your room number and locker keycode. Inside the locker will be the key to open the front door and your room). Don't try walking with cases from station. Its a long walk (about 25 minutes , but only 850 yen by taxi). Staff are very helpful and even phoned for a taxi for us on the last day. I needed help to work out how to put on the a.c. and water heater. Everything is of course written in Japanese. What could be done is instructions written in English in a booklet for those who arrive after reception is closed. This is a really good find. We had 6 nights here out of 19 days in Japan and its been the cheapest and one of the best places we have stayed in.

It is a clean hotel. Their wifi is very good and practical you can use it up to 20 km around the hotel. The hotel management is stingy with toilet paper and towels. No regular weekly clean up unless you ask for it. It is a 20 minutes walk from Kyoto station. We did not have to pay for basic kitchen ustensils. The room carpet needs shampooing and cleaning.

여기 숙소 너무 좋아요. 단독 아파트 같은 느낌~
친절의 메일이 와서 답을 보냈는데 호텔스닷컴 시스템에서 차단되었네요. 교토역에서 비교적 멀지만 2인에 좋은 방을 주셨고 취사시설이 다 있어서 정말 현지인이 된듯한 편안함을 느꼈어요. 주택가 가운데에 있어서 엄청 조용하고 주변에 맛집이나 마트는 비교적 적어서 아쉬웠지만 리셉션 직원이 워낙 유창한 영어를 하시고 친절하고 웃어주셔서 참 마음 편하게 2박 묵고 갔어요. 다시 기회가 되면 여기에 묵고싶어요. 교토 5번 갔는데 참 좋은 여행이었어요~

It is very far away from the station. We walked more than half and hour from Kyoto station. The description in the information is misleading. The information show that check-in upto 23:00. We arrive after 6pm, however, there was no one answer telephone all the time, no password provided in advance for enter the hotel. Finally, we could not get in and no assistance, no one answer the telephone!!! With all the stuff and all family members already tired after long trip but can not get it. We had to seek another hotel at a very panic situation. Hope there is a refund!!

Habitación sencilla pero funcional, las camas eran muy cómodas y el baño estaba muy limpio, pero los muebles no podían tener más polvo. La cocina no la usamos y la lavadora tampoco porque únicamente estaba en japonés. Está bien situado, muy cerca de una parada de autobús bien comunicada. El depósito de las llaves en una caja fuerte para el check in y check out es muy cómodo, pero el que manden el código unas horas antes del momento de llegada provoca bastante intranquilidad, sobre todo porque no contestaron ni a un solo mensaje de los que escribimos para aclarar dudas sobre este tema, incluso a través de Expedia.

Bien et calme
Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme à 2 pas d'une ligne de bus, la 206, à 3 stations de la gare de Kyoto (terminus) et qui dessert dans l'autre sens nombre de points d'intérêt et à 5 bonnes mn à pied, un 7/11 pour faire des courses. Très pratique. Hôtel calme, propre. Literie ok. Par contre WIFI ne fonctionne pas correctement voir pas du tout dans la chambre. Il faut sortir dans le hall sur le parking devant l'hôtel : pas top du tout. Avec le manque de vaisselle (avant tout pour 2 alors que la chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes, ce sont les seuls bémols. Correspondait à notre attente et le recommandons. Il faut juste bien suivre la procédure de check-in envoyée par mail avant le départ qui vous communique le code permettant d'ouvrir le locker contenant les clés de la chambre. Pas de tél à dispo dans le hall ni de cabine téléphonique dans les alentours..

Zimmer war relativ groß. Bequeme Betten. Leider hat die Unterkunft keine Email geschickt sodass wir nicht reinkamen (Rezeption gibt es keine, auch nicht von 10-18 Uhr). Nach einem Anruf hatten wir den Zimmerschlüssel. Leider kein Waschpulver vorhanden und auch keine zweiten Handtücher.
