This hotel was the best! From the staff to the rooms, amenities and location, this was one of the best staying experiences. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the staff were super helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again for the next visit.
Great location and at walking distance from kiyomizu dera. Breakfast was yummy and we utilized credit on their restaurant and bakery. Rooms are very nice. Would stay here again!
Great location. From check-in to checkout, staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always very helpful. Would definitely stay here again should I find myself in Kyoto.
Great location. Our room was huge compared to other hotels we had stayed at in Japan. Great vibes at the rooftop bar upstairs but it does get busy. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
This is a boutique hotel in a convenient location near the Gion district. It offers a nice bakery in the lobby area for a quick breakfast as well as a full service restaurant and a beautiful rooftop bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable with wonderful showers. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, calling for reservations, and booking taxis. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!
In love with the property & will definitely return next time I’m in Kyoto!!!! Conveniently located in Gion District (15 minute walk) and super close to bus stop. Staff were soooo friendly and helped me with luggage forwarding. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything I could have needed. Also, If you’re into ceramics, visit the shop right next door!
Good location if you’re happy to be slightly out of Central Tokyo and the staff were helpful signposting the bus to get to Haneda Airport. Lots of restaurants nearby especially for yakitori. I did find the bathroom to be awkwardly set up with a low shower going into the bath.
This has been my favourite hotel in Japan so far! The team are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are impeccably tidy and the location is perfect for exploring wonderful parts of Kyoto. The laundry service was clear and easy to use. I would recommend this hotel 100% to anyone coming to Kyoto.
This place is amazing. It truly made Kyoto that much better. Staff is extremely friendly, they will help with absolutely anything you need. We rented e-bikes every day while we were there which helped getting around town. If I ever come back to Kyoto, I will only be staying here.
The bakery were some of the best pastries I had on vacation!! The restaurant menu is not to be missed and overall the location was fabulous! Rooms were a great size as well.
