This is a boutique hotel in a convenient location near the Gion district. It offers a nice bakery in the lobby area for a quick breakfast as well as a full service restaurant and a beautiful rooftop bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable with wonderful showers. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants, calling for reservations, and booking taxis. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

In love with the property & will definitely return next time I’m in Kyoto!!!! Conveniently located in Gion District (15 minute walk) and super close to bus stop. Good location if you’re happy to be slightly out of Central Tokyo and the staff were helpful signposting the bus to get to Haneda Airport. Lots of restaurants nearby especially for yakitori. I did find the bathroom to be awkwardly set up with a low shower going into the bath.

This place is amazing. It truly made Kyoto that much better. Staff is extremely friendly, they will help with absolutely anything you need. We rented e-bikes every day while we were there which helped getting around town. If I ever come back to Kyoto, I will only be staying here.
