I didn't like the fact that I had to checkout 3 days early due to the earthquake warnings/risks but the hotel didn't return me any money back. It is not fair.

Very basic but clean and functional

We appreciated having a kitchenette and washing machine, however it would have been very helpful to have instructions the washer as google translate for the buttons was not sufficient to operate the machine. We couldn’t get it to dry the clothes properly. The decor was nonexistent, some artwork would really help as we felt like we were staying in a basement dorm room even though we were on the 4th floor. Windows were frosted glass which didn’t help.

Not really liking this hotel which isn't a proper hotel. We couldn't leave our bags with the property for coming before the 4pm check-in time. Had to pay ¥500 per hour penalty for coming early. Only after paying (by scanning a barcode on the window) we got another instruction to open a tiny safe to get our key. No concierge when we arrived at just after 1pm. We had to talk via an iPad. The property had a musty mouldy smell probably because it's old.
