The hotel itself was very clean! The staff were nice and the room was big compared to others we stayed in. Bathroom was spacious and the beds were nice! We did not like that this was the only hotel that charged us a nightly tax but outside of that I don’t really have many complaints. It is VERY close ...

Hotel Monterey Le Frere Osaka
Great hotel compared to previous hotels that I’ve stayed at. Very convenient location and the staff were all very nice. The room had lots of amenities and provided pajamas which were very comfy.

2 stars. When I requested for cleaning, I did not expect to see HAIRS on the “new, clean” sheets. I was disgusted. I had to remove the hairs before I could sleep.
