We need to stay in Mentakab which is unplanned. When we reach at the Hotel @ Jalan Bunga Tanjung, we were quite UPSET since room that we booked was no longer available & should we wanted to continue our stay there, we need to make additional payment. Why??? Even the Girl @ Reception are not interested ...
Room clean is clean and the staff is very friendly. Located in a housing area.
It's better for hotel to arrange for Queen size bed instead of twin beds for the stayed couple. A on duty Malay counter staff was very friendly and helpful by providing parking coupon after knowing my wife and me are outstation guest.
