When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. "My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom...

"This is more of an extended stay "I have no other choice" motel. I reserved a room here for my mom and her friend for the weekend and was really disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for. There were people smoking AT the front door so you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to even get in. The hallway, elevator, and room smelled horrible. "so I stayed here because we had a storm in Denton and we had an RV so we had to stay somewhere for a couple hours and I kind of regretted it because when I walked in, there was a little roach in the room in the restroom specifically and you can tell that they are going under construction right now because there is just paint everywhere The bed was OK. It wasn’t the best as in comfort wise there was no stains, which is good just the roach that freaked me out. It did smell like marijuana outside....

"Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet options were good. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Definitely had some road noise but that’s expected with a hotel next to a major interstate. Would choose to stay here again."
