"I had to change rooms because the first room smelled like mildew and Clorox mixed together. I asked to be moved and they moved me to the 4th floor. The room floor was dirty and when I checked the room I moved a couch and they had stuffed the dirty sheets and trash behind it. I requested house keeping and they changed the sheets but they had stains in them. We reported everything and all they said was well you can call Expedia to get a refund. Trying to get a hold of anyone at Expedia was a headache on its own. Overall I paid for what would be a high quality hotel. Overall terrible experience. "

"Staff was nice, our room was clean and no bugs. Shower didn’t drain at all, it was stocked with towels and bar soaps. (Didn’t bother to ask since it was just a nights stay) it’s a 25 min drive to winstar casino. Walls are very thin and you can hear all kinds of conversations outside. There’s restaurants nearby"
