The lobby of the hotel is very welcoming and the reception desk is very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious for HK standard.

Receptionist (Bowie) was not helpful. Asked me to come back when I was looking up my booking reference as if she was inpatient. Did not explain amenities and was not clear to answers when I asked. Carpet in the hallway was too thick, made it difficult to move luggage. Cleaning lady was super nice. Room has leaking stain on the carpet from the shower.

I don’t even know where to start the bed makes me itchy and my wife and the bathroom was so dirty and the tub is clog everyday when we shower if I can get a refund I will be super happy worst stay and if I can find another hotel I would but staff was nice

This hotel is in a very convenient location and within walking distance to the subway and shops but not a lot of good restaurants. Check-in was fast and front desk, housekeeping and concierge staff were all very friendly. I like the comfortable bed, the shower and having an iron in the room. Overall, it meets expectations for a Hilton brand hotel. However, like most hotels in HK, there is no heating system and to get fresh air in your room, you would need to rely on the AC system which blows out cold air. This makes staying in the room uncomfortable during the winter. Overall, I would consider staying in this hotel again.

Basic hotel that was within easy walking distance of the MTR. I gave it a three because it met my overall needs but nothing stood out as exceptional. Great little coffee shop right next to it. Limited eating options in the direct vicinity. You needed to walk several blocks.

One of the few HK hotels that has coin laundry. Location is a bit awkward. Staff Moore and Joe were very helpful. Our room was on the small side, 5th floor and can hear the traffic.

I like the area we stay. But the room is not my expedition clean because after a few nights stayed my body got tick bites. My husband and I got the same problem. We were so itchy after bite.

Taxi drivers did not know where this hotel was located and they do not speak and read English. The one driver said Soy Street does not exist. Room was small but comfortable. Light switches were weird. Front desk staff were polite and welcoming

Great location
Great location of you are staying in Kowloon. Really clean and tidy. The pool is a little smaller than the picture. All in all a good hotel which is nice and quiet.

The front desk service was very good; room was cleaned everyday without being asked. However, we had a king size bed room and it was on the small size with a wall-to-wall bench which was damp and cannot be sat on. It was a bit of walking to the MTR and food. But the pro was it’s away from traffic and was quite.

from check-in to check-out, everything was great. service at front desk was fantastic. room was clean, bed was comfortable, big closet to hang your stuff, room safe, cold fridge and kettle, shower had great water pressure, many settings and lots of hot water. breakfast buffet had LOTS of good options and was included in the price of the room. walking distance to many local markets, shops, mall and mongkok mtr station. we will stay here on our next visit to HK
