BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. "We stayed here for one night while exploring the local area. Overall the experience was good, the room was comfortable and the location is convenient. But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm."

"Our room is very nice and facing the beautiful beach. Breakfast has very limited, flies around salty eggs and muffin which is not very good. Dinner has fisherman sell seafood. We want to buy one fish $20 from them however hotel kitchen cooking fee $66 per 1kg. Hot water supply in the room is bad, only few drops sometimes. One day they claimed to stop the water from 1pm to 5pm for fixing water system, at the end water supply back on 6:30pm. They have daily snorkelling in the morning is free to...
