"Definitely recommend for families with children. There are coin operated washing machines and dryers available on the first floor, which was very convenient. Everything was very clean. Staff was very friendly."

"The place is not too close to transportation, but it is quiet, comfortable, easy check in with physical person, and offer coin washer and dryer which is nice. The space for the value is extremely good. Lots of space for family of 4 or 5 in one room. "

"From check in, spacious room (triple beds), washing machine in side the room, balcony, additional tatami space, locked up storage (before checkin till 17.00) to checkout via barcode, everything is highly efficient and very very bery easy. No human intervention needed at all. The only thing is road noise since our room is facing the road. You can literally hear some passerby's conversation and all the vehicle noise. But will definitely come back again. We love it!!! "

"Dejligt rummeligt værelse med to enkeltsenge og en sovesofa. Eget køkken og fint bad med bruser. Alt i fantastisk stand. Hotellet virker helt nyt. Stedet har en rigtig fin placering med let adgang til Gion, metro, restaurant-områder mv. Ok vaskefaciliteter, som dog er lidt begrænset og den ene af to vaskemaskiner virkede kkke. Ind og udtjekning er via tilsendt kode og qr, men der er venligt og hjælpsomt personale tilstede på hotellet. Vil klart anbefale stedet. "

"Great hotel with a distinct serenity - a tree and reflecting pool in the hotel courtyard, a zen garden next to reception, shogi screens and a natural wood soaking tub in the room. In a great location, steps away from the covered outdoor shopping areas. Add in the washing machine/dryer on each room and you have a winner. Would definitely stay again!"

"We didn't get to stay here long but it was a very pleasant stay. We got one of the suites and it was well worth it. The kids had their own room and it was nice to spread out. They had a washwr and dryer with detergent provided. The free water, coffee and drinks were very nice touch. Would come back again. "

"Great family apartment/hotel. The kids loved the bunk beds. Room was spacious. Great Landry facilities. Friendly staff. Very close the market and walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy and quick access to subway station. Would stay again. Thank you Minato!"

"Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, en la recepción Gin (espero escribirlo bien) , fue sumamente amable, el hotel ofrece rastrillos, cepillos de dientes, y ligas de cabello, lo cual fue muy práctico. Caminando hay dos tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca, estaciones de metro y camiones también en menos de 10min caminando. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí."

Best place for solo female traveller

"Best place for solo female traveller to stay if u wanna go around gion-uji-biwa area. It’s located infront of main road and it’s easy to spot the hotel. It’s also easy to bring your luggage from sanjo station. The room space is spacious and i really wanted to extend my stay for one day but i have other plans."
