"The hallways had garbage bags that were not collected and sitting outside of the elevator (3pm) Got late check out (1pm) at time of check in. Housekeeping entered my room 3 times, all before 10am on check out day even though the tag was on the door. We ended up leaving the hotel just after 10am because we were fed up with it. For the price tag of over $400 for a single night, this was absolutely ridiculous and reflects poorly on the managing staff."

"Hotel is in a great location in Whistler Village. We didn't need the car after checking in. Everything was walkable. The rooms are dated but comfortable. Underground parking is horrendous. Parking is limited and the spaces are very small even for SUVs. "

"They told me that there’s an upgrade to my room however it is not a harbour view. Then they said “their system made a mistake and gave my room to someone else”, and they can only offer me something not as good. And they call that an “upgrade”. I. The end, they called another guest and swapped our rooms. So I still get a room similar to what I booked - king bed in a suite, with harbour view. The room is fantastic. This accident was the only downside of this trip. My guess is that they had to...
