"The hotel staff Earlynn and Neil were very nice!! Kohala pool was a favorite for the children, but the limited food menu was not. We packed up to go to the Kona pool only to find the same problem - pizza, wraps and salad only; not to mention no staffing for the pool area to order from. The only other option was to walk to the Lagoon restaurant, which was very busy given the only place with more menu options for children. That was an inconvenience and a disappointment.
