"What an amazing hotel !!! From the moment I checked in till the time I checked out , I was treated like royalty !! The staff was the high light of the stay . They were all kind , helpful and very professional ! I was greeted with a smile every time I head out for a tour for my trip . Honestly if you are a solo traveler like me , and is wanting to explore Ubud , I highly recommend you Alaya Resort ! The hotel is right at the heart of ubud town ! I walked everywhere !! All the restaurants , the shops are of a walking distances from the hotel . And I felt really safe ! I even walked around late at night coming back from a karaoke bar that was walking distance from the hotel ! Alaya Resort is the best place to stay if you are heading to Ubud for vacation"

"Adiwana Bisma exceeded our expectations. The room was large, luxurious, and honestly nicer than some resorts charging nearly twice as much. We had one issue when we first checked in, and the staff corrected it immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay. The jetted tub was also a huge plus for me after spending full days exploring, especially with my back and leg discomfort. I would gladly stay at Adiwana Bisma again anytime I’m in Ubud."

"great location, great food options, massage places, bars, shopping and Ubud Palace is around the corner, which is ideal in ubud with the heavy traffic. the room was really spacious, bathroom was massive, and plenty of room for a family of four. The AC worked perfectly which is well needed in the heat in Aug. The pool was nice and quiet and great for the kids to splash about in. the staff were really helpful and attentive, the breakfast had limited options but the items that were available was well cooked. would definitely recommend this hotel, great find in the perfect location for a very reasonable price. Thank you"

"Amazing staff service. Superb location, quiet street but close to Ubud center 5 minute walk. So many restaus, cafe, small stores and spas around. Pool is picturesque, took so many photos at sunrise having the pool to ourselves. Free breakfast which we asked to be delivered at poolside! Came with 30 min spa per night which can be combined to make full hour etc. The room is heavenly. Would definitely come back again."
