Nice room. Mozzie net required due to gaps in the doors. Property is kept clean and neat although it requires some maintenance. Crack in our main door you could see through. Restaurant was very slow for service by the pool. Staff lovely, lots of tour groups come and stay. Great location to Ubud.

Beautiful property and grounds, pool was lovely and the breakfast was delicious too. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean my only complaint was they come to clean the rooms very early so it would be nicer if they came around 11am to clean that way it gives guests a chance to eat, get ready and set out for the day.

I stayed here with my partner, and we loved this place so much that next time we come back we want to stay here again!! The staff were amazing, very accommodating, very very nice, they carried my bag all the way to the room as soon as we got there. The customer service was just really really good! We went to the buffet breakfast every morning and it was really good food, a mix of noodles, eggs, sausages, cereal, croissants , fruit etc. you eat breakfast upstairs that look over the pool, perfect for some photos. Also has dinner here one night and exceptional service for that as well. Also if you want to order drinks or lunch, you can enjoy it while lounging by the pool. Also, the location is in a good place, in the city, but on a quieter road, still within walking distance to heaps of food places, all the markets, the water temple.

Excellent choice for the value, great location with access to Jalan monkey forest and bisma. Friendly helpful staff. One issue with the room was resolved immediately. Highly recommend a visit. We had a single bed villa with pool, great private place to relax.

Location is great, close to everything. Resort area is big and nice. Only bad thing is that you will share the villa with a whole zoo, somehow all critters like ants, mosquitos and even bigger ones like geckos and frogs seem to get in even when doors are kept close. Having this traditional Balinese style house looks good but it does not seem to be sealed very well
