"First room had a massive cockroach in it( was told this was a common occurrence but didn’t see another one the whole trip) to their credit they switched us to a nicer room. If you plan on leaving this hotel a lot do not stay in any tower but the lagoon tower! The other 2 towers are about a 15 minute walk from the parking lot. There is a tram but it goes slower than walking pace so is honestly not worth taking.. everything at the resort is really expensive which can be expected in Hawaii but is...

When we went, it wasn't *that* much more expensive than the other properties but is by far the nicest. Nice snorkeling right off their beach which is one of the only sand beaches around. A large family pool and a very nice adult pool. Excellent rooms. Just beautiful."
