"This place exceed my expectations! The beds were comfortable, the place was lovely, the balcony was amazing, and the location was perfect! There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. The whole Waikoloa area is adorable with shops, restaurants, and a beach all within a couple minutes of driving. "This was a gem in the rough for sure! Nice property but what I liked most about it was how quiet it was. Just the sounds of nature and not a lot of tourist noise. "CONS: Not impressed with the quality of the beds/bedding (outdated/old/worn). Carpet was in need of a deep cleaning or better yet, replacement! Patio and furniture were filthy. I rented another one a few buildings down that supplied everything, and we bought a bunch of beach gear and left it there for the next people, in addition to what the owner had left.
