"昨年に続いて2度目の滞在でした。 前回はゴールド会員でアップグレードがありプールサイドの部屋でしたが、今回は残念ながら旧館の少しカビ臭がある部屋でした。 それでも、このホテルはおいしい朝食付きですしよかったと思います。 繁華街から離れているので喧騒も感じず、ゆったり滞在できました。"

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. A bedroom separate with living room and kitchen table and chairs are very nice. Breakfast buffet and hotel meals are very delicious."

"excellent hotel . write place to walk in to the main hub, 10 mins. as at least you can sleep at night. Security Guards to help you cross the road in front of hotel. Shuttle bus staff amazing.. fresh fruit shop staff wonderful. The rest all about just doing the jobs. not overly friendly. Food was 4* at most.no sea food or fresh fish at breakfast ,.egg man good. and fast. Room was amazing we had romantic suite. over all good stay but a bit underwelmed"

"We traveled as a family of four with our 11- and 8-year-olds and stayed at the resort for four days. The kids had a fantastic time, snorkeling and kayaking at the beach, foam party in the family pool. The hotel organizes plenty of activities and there’s a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is located on a hill, so we used Grab to get to Patong Beach. Overall, we definitely recommend this resort for families!"

"Great staff, fast room service, big breakfast buffet. The location was around many tourist attractions and a nice beach. They had a lunch restaurant and steakhouse on the property, but cheaper to walk 10-20 min for a restaurant that doesn't charge tourist prices"
