"Ill start by saying we have stayed here several times and will stay here again. Love the pool area/massage on deck/bar happy hour/close proximity to all tours, restaurants, nightlife. Its why most come to phi phi and this place is clean and sanitary with exceptional staff. We were able to enjoy breakfast daily and then go on any tour at our pace followed by relaxing in the pool. "Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day. The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it. Ordered beers in both the pool bar...

"The staff were kind and attentive. The room was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. I’ll be coming back for sure. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very good and I felt safe eating there. The only thing I can complain about is the in-room pool, it was a little too cold and you can’t really stay in there for too long at that temperature."
