This place is a DREAM. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, the coffee/smoothies/food delicious and fast service. Staff was friendly. Beach was gorgeous. We used the boat taxi once, then took the trail to the main pier. Wish we could have stayed longer

Nice beach. Good restaurant. Bad smell in the bathroom. 20min away from any other thing in the island. Lots of insects.
Overall we loved the traditional thai style accomodations and quiet setting. It was inconvienent to get to by longboat taxi and got expensive every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily amd the best was comfortable for us. Not too firm as it is in many other hotels we have stayed at.
Excellent service …since there is not air conditioning screen on windows will help to ventilation and keep mosquitoes out .. and too many rocks on the beach .. I think it can be better with a litter work … love the food .. love all employees staff… there where amazing… i will be back !! Thanks
Very small room to be a bungalow. Balcony sea-view completely blocked by a giant tree. You can’t sit at balcony due to mosquitoes.
No proper pressure in the shower.
Small sized bed for a 6ft1in guy like me and on top of that no AC in the room.
Very good and helpful staff. Restaurant is decently priced given the location of the property.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Great staff, lovely!.except the “ tourist guide “ that explains the morning routines of your fault full day tour. The facility it should not n be qualified as resort but a hotel.
Property needs a lot of improvement, on the exterior and on the interior of the rooms. And they need to put “ No swimming signs” on areas where they know is dangerous for us tourists. I did swim next to the are and got stuck in a bunch of sea urchins and I was bad for 2 nights 3 days, once I got back to the city I had to go to hospital, doctor said , spines should be removed immediately but staff just put oil on it. Please be careful.
We spent six nights at Phi Phi Relax resort. We were a bit unlucky with the weather most of the days, with rain, strong winds and lots of clouds, which we were told was very unusual. I also had a very bad stomach for one and a half day, but the staff was so nice and helpful, both to my husband, who had to eat his meals alone, and to me bringing medicine and rice soup and being very caring Thank you, Laura, and all the rest of you.
Be aware, that when you arrive on the longtail boat, you will get wet, when you get off, as there is no pier. So shorts are recommended. Also, it is good to bring some bathing shoes, as there are quite a few rocks in the water. When the water is clear, you will see them (and a lot of fish), but on windy days, bathing shoes are nice to have.
The beach is beautiful, and as you can only get to this resort by boat or about one hours walk, it is very quiet and nice.
We had a very nice bungalow right on the beach, with a wonderful terrasse, where we could sit/lie and read on rainy days.
The resort really lives up to its name - it is a great place for relaxation.
But the best thing about this place is the fantastic staff!
They made us feel at home, had a good sense of humor, and were always very helpful.
I recommend this resort only if you do not plan on going anywhere else in Phi Phi, otherwise it is super inconvenient. I did not realize the boat that takes you to the resort only goes until 5:30PM, so we didn’t get to see Phi Phi at night. The only things to do in the resort are eat and drink. You cannot really get into the water because the shoreline is extremely rocky and you will be stepping on jagged rock as you're in the water. There’s also a ton of sea urchin. The people of Thailand are extremely friendly, but the staff here seemed to be different. They were not very helpful when we had a few questions and they just seemed inconvenienced by tourists on the resort. While it had beautiful views, I would have chosen a different place to stay if I knew what I know now.
Transportation cost $150 thb each way to and from ferry pier with cost increasing up to $300 thb if later than 3pm local time. Ride from main tonsai pier was about 26 minutes boat ride without considering time to wait for luggages being loaded onto the boat. Expect to get wet because you will have to enter and exit boat from knee to waist high ocean water depending on the tide. Limited availability for transportation to main town area. Lots of mosquitos and no air conditioner in all 4 beach front bungalows we booked. Random electrical blackouts, occurring at least 3 times daily. Water pressure is extremely weak, similar to less than the flow of a toilet being filled up. Had many conditions regarding towels, beddings, etc., such as extra charge for cleaning if sheets and towels were extremely dirty. Pricing for food was good, such as $500 thb for a whole fried fish. Check in reception person was like a manager/sales person. Pushed speedboat and excursions/tours sales even during checkin time. Were treated as not important guests once you don't book tours or agreed to buy dinner on the beach package with reception/sales manager.
Cute little cottage, away from main landing point on the island, very good food, helpful staff- great for relaxing. Have to take a 30 minute on a boat from the pier- we really enjoyed this stay and even did the hike to viewpoints - beautiful scenery
This hotel is perfect if you want simplicity, good service, good food, and quiet relaxation in a close-to-nature setting. We loved our simple little bungalow right in the perfect beach.
Traditional Wooden hut located just off the beach. Good shower and fans and mosquito net for bed
Great restaurant helpful staff
Fire show one evening
Helpful staff for boat transfer
Beds and towels for beach
Forest walk to view point through jungle
Beautiful and secluded beach front area with rustic private bungalows steps from the beach. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water in showers. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Half day and full day trips to Maya Bay and other areas are excellent and easily booked.
I was very satisfied with this resort. The rooms were very clean and I love the whole nature vibe with the bungalows. The staff were super friendly and helpful and always trying to go out of their way to help their customers also the food was very good. I would definitely recommend this resort to everybody we had a blast here. Thank you!
This was an amazing property on the other side of Koh Phi Phi. You had to take a long tail to get over to the resort which means that it wasn’t in the middle of all the madness. It was a more private secluded beach, but you could still longtail over to the pier and have fun on Phi Phi if you wanted to and then get back to your own little resort that wasn’t surrounded by 1000 people screaming and partying really enjoyed it beautiful little bungalows to sleep in great food at the main area. My wife and I loved it.
We loved everything about this property! It was beautiful, peaceful great variety of food at the restaurant. The staff were all amazing. If I had to pick something to complain about it which isn’t really even a huge complaint lol would be to have a screen option for the window in our hut so that we could open it to get more of a breeze at night without any bugs getting in. Although warm at night the fans did do the trick. Loved our stay here!
If you are looking for a peaceful and beatufil place where to enjoy your vacations in Phi Phi, THIS IS THE PLACE. I have to say this has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life. The staf was incredible friendly, polite, nice and efficient. The entire team was great, Vi, Sunny, Nam and the rest were amazing. My room was basically 15 steps from the beach, they did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and unforgettable. I would absolutely go back.
