"Room was gorgeous and exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Location of it being away from the main area of phi phi is amazing - so much less crowded and so peaceful. "PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING. My stay was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. The beach itself is beautiful, but the property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The room smelled like sewage - I agree with other reviewers who have described it as "staying in Alcatraz." "Beautiful resort. Great staff. However the noise from the beach discos is SO LOUD that it’s impossible to sleep even with noise cancelling headphone or earbuds. It’s a shame that the government allows this. The discos are a kilometer away, and yet it’s still unbelievably loud. It would be ok if it ended at midnight. Or if they played music at a level wasn’t so damn loud that it literally shook the walls of the bungalow. If you value your experience, stay away from the area. "
